T2Plus

T2Plus is a Chrome extension for t2toys.com. It rewrites product and article cards into real <a href> tags so Ctrl+click, Cmd+click, and middle-click open a new tab. Listing covers are fitted so the whole product photo is visible instead of a cropped center slice. Click a cover for a full-screen photo carousel with a white details panel on the right. Star a card to save it in the toolbar popup. A Dark mode switch restyles t2toys.com, including listing titles that the site paints black and the pink search strip, which becomes a muted indigo. The details panel puts the seller icon and name to the left of the title and price, lists the same category fields t2toys shows on the item page, and has a share button next to View listing.

Install it on your machine
  1. Download t2plus.zip and unzip it.
  2. Go to chrome://extensions
  3. Enable Developer mode (top right).
  4. Click Load unpacked and select the unzipped folder (the one that contains manifest.json). Keep using that same folder.
  5. Reload the extension once after installing 1.9.0. Later versions in that folder apply themselves; refresh the t2toys tab if it was already open.
  6. Open t2toys.com/by_cat.html?cat=86 and Ctrl+click a product. Listing covers should show the whole photo, not a cropped slice. Click a photo to open it full screen with listing details and a share button; click the star to save the listing.
  7. Click the extension icon for Saved listings and turn on Dark mode to restyle t2toys.

If you cloned this repo, you can skip the zip and load the extension/ directory directly.

Can we publish it?

You can. The Chrome Web Store will not accept a submit from this project automatically. Publishing needs a Google account with the one-time US$5 Chrome Web Store developer fee.

  1. Open the Chrome Web Store Developer Dashboard
  2. Create a developer account and pay the fee if you have not already.
  3. New item → upload the zip from this page.
  4. Paste the listing copy from extension/STORE.txt
  5. Set the privacy policy URL to this site’s /privacy page (the store wants a public URL).
  6. Add screenshots of t2toys with the extension on, then submit for review.

Review for a single-site content script with no tracking is often a few days. Google may still ask for clearer screenshots or a hosted privacy policy before it goes live.
